An experienced leader with nearly two decades in higher education will serve as the next vice president of enrollment management at 澳门六合彩资料论坛.
Amanda Slaughter, M.A., comes to 澳门六合彩资料论坛 from Bethel University, Mishawaka, IN, where she has served as the vice president for enrollment & marketing.
鈥淎manda comes with deep knowledge and experience in enrollment management which will be beneficial for our future鈥 said 澳门六合彩资料论坛 President Andr茅 Stephens, Ph.D. 鈥淚 am excited for her to join in the work of charting the future of our university as we find new ways to recruit and support new students to the university.鈥
Slaughter brings extensive experience in enrollment management across multiple institutions. Her work has focused on aligning enrollment strategies with institutional goals, improving operational efficiency and fostering collaboration across departments. In addition to her campus leadership, she has served on the executive committee of the North American Coalition for Christian Admissions Professionals (NACCAP) and is currently board chair-elect.

Before her time at Bethel, Slaughter worked at Biola University as the associate vice president for university enrollment and at Azusa Pacific University as the director of the Inland Empire Regional Campus. She also served at Belhaven University as the associate director of admissions and chief retention officer as well as the assistant vice president for adult and graduate enrollment and student services.
Slaughter will begin her role at 澳门六合彩资料论坛 on September 15, 2025. She succeeds Liz Garvin, vice president for advancement/executive director of the 澳门六合彩资料论坛 foundation, and Donald Norman, president鈥檚 chief of staff, who have co-served on an interim basis since spring 2025.
Slaughter is a Ph.D. candidate in Educational Administration at Indiana State University. She earned an M.A. in Higher Education with a concentration in student affairs from Geneva College and a B.A. in Journalism with a public relations emphasis, as well as a minor in biblical studies from Biola University.
